Realness Revolution!
Dec 2020

Commissioned as part of Boundless Theatre's 2020 'Boundless Happenings' project, which commissions emerging artists from across London to create a 20 minute digital theatre piece. 'Realness Revolution!' is set in a camp dystopian world where ROSE XO is the authoritarian ruler. Lewis (performing as himself) must protest and fight to infiltrate ROSE XO's Campy Cabinet. The audience are given polls throughout the story, which decides Lewis' actions. This piece explores political power and collective activism framed in a satirical world drawing on the clown-like performances of populist politicians.
